New Lha Khang (Monastery Temple) Construction
Ayang Rinpoche Monastery South India New Temple Construction
Temple Construction at H.E. Ayang Rinpoche’s monastery in Bylakuppe, South India.

First established in 1968, Thupten Shedrub Jangchub Ling Monastic Institute is known locally in the Tibetan Settlement as Kagyu Gonpa. Currently It is home to over 150 novice monks, khenpos, tulkus, and monks and staff. The current original temple capacity of 50 has been long outgrown for many years.  In order to accommodate all of the monks in residence, the monastery is constructing a new temple.

Currently the Temple statues and Thangka paintings are being installed.

In the near future, monks and lamas will be practicing here on a daily basis, benefiting all sentient beings with their prayers, sacred ceremonies and ritual activities. See below to make a general donation in any amount or sponsor ongoing pujas at the monastery; or write info@amitabhafoundation.us about sponsoring individual murals and statues.
